  3.   Be the first player to get 7 points in a row, with their own colored tile, 
  4.   either Horizontal, Vertical or Diagonally.

  8.   Play of the game is in turn, starting with the player who accepted the
  9.   challenge  (Player 2).  You may place a '1' or '2' in any square on the 
  10.   board, a '3' may only be placed in a red bordered square.

  12.                                   SCORING

  14.   The winner is awarded 49 points, minus the total number of moves it took
  15.   to win this game.  (The faster you defeat your opponent, the higher your 
  16.   score.)  The looser is awarded 1 point, just for playing.

  21.   A forfeit is scored as a 'Win' to your opponent.
